1. The group has acquired 36 acres in a picturesque location in Nandi Hills.
2. MOU has been signed with the Oberoi Hotels Group for the brand Oberoi Residences.
3. The plan is to develop the site with 51 villas and areas such as spa, gym, tennis court, restaurants and multiple other green areas for residents to enjoy.
